Sonic Drive-in

After a long 12 hour shift of working I went to Sonic to purchase dinner for my family. I asked for a cheese burger and mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. I made the 15 minute drive back to my home and to my dismay there was no BURGER on my cheese burger nor did I receive the marinara sauce I had to ask for twice when ordering. I had to drive all the way back to this establishment to get a replacement which I did receive however, I was very displeased with the staff. The gentleman that helped me was professional and asked no questions when I handed him my food but the employees working in the kitchen LAUGHED. This is not funny to me. I had to drive an extra 30 minutes to replace my food after working a 12 hour shift. I would say 90 percent of the staff I saw working was around high school age and lack the skills needed to make a basic cheeseburger. This is not the first time that I have been displeased with my food but I also understand this is a fast food establishment however, I do not think that the Sonic cooperation would be pleased to know that the staff that they have representing them can’t even execute making a simple cheese burger or dropping a marinara sauce into a bag and then laugh at the customer when they have to drive all the way back to town just so they can eat dinner. I am giving a two star rating based off of the gentleman that replaced my food with no questions asked but truly this is a one star establishment. The food is mediocre and the staff is just unacceptable with their lack of professionalism.

More times then not do i get this chicken sandwich and they always burn the bread so much that i have to take it off the bread and eat the chicken. I really wish your people would start asking themselves if they would eat this and if not then i need to make another… then things like this wouldn’t happen.

Went through the drive thru for a drink and the price they were charging was MUCH HIGHER than what was listed on the board. When I asked about it at the window, I was told there had been a price change but the board hasn't been changed yet. When I asked if they could honor the posted price, the manager said no and told me if I'd like to call corporate about the increase, I can. I told him I'd rather call about the lack of follow through with the restaurant updating their signs and the manager just shrugged and asked me if I wanted the drink for the higher price.

Absolutely the best cheeseburger I've ever tasted, and the tots are amazing. My only problem is that I only go after I've gotten off work at 1030 at night, and the teenage staff are usually playingwiththeirfriends, and I'm honestly talking about the car hops because the people at the window are on point.

I am APPALLED!!!! I was going through the drive-thru for my regular #10 grilled chicken after my 12 hour shift at my restaurant. And the kid on the speaker (Jake Griffith) was giving me nothing but attitude. I turned to my boyfriend and said "I don't like his attitude!" He then proceeded to scream profanities at me through the speaker. Completely demeaning the face of this sonic in chapin. This is the FURTHEST thing from Customer Service. UNACCEPTABLE! To top it off his General Manager "Will Miles" was standing outside vaping with a bunch of minors while this happened and did nothing. I pulled around to the window and some snarkey 20 year old gets in my face "Emma Collins" I told them I wanted to talk to the manager.The manager comes out completely ignoring the matter at hand. Long story short I spoke to corporate I've never been spoken to in this manner in my life. Like I said COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Sonic management should be ashamed!

Horrible. Will not come back. Ordered a simple cheeseburger without tomato. Ended up with a double quarter pounder which was hot but not what I ordered. Then I ask for my cheeseburger and they bring me a cold burger. Cold bread cold meat and cheese because it’s still square and not melted. Then forget the sauce and come back out to the car for the third time. I told her about the cold sandwich and she says I’m sorry have a goodnight.
