I'll start off with the good. The food was absolutely fantastic. The store was clean. Very clean. The service how we was slow. I was the only one in line and it took forever to be greeted. And I put in a mobile order ahead of time

Hands down the best Wendy's in Chapel Hill and Durham. They were swamped during lunch today and was killing it getting customers in and out. Staff ALWAYS friendly and can tell they have amazing teamwork 👏

We came in on Sunday and manager kicked us out. She said that the doors should have been locked. No sign was placed on the door. She said they have staffing problems on Sunday. Then, they screwed up my order and the manager blamed me. Terrible customer service.

They where so disorganized!!.. but the young man who was on register was very nice and tried his best to keep his kool under pressure and make sure the person making sandwiches was getting everything correct and also he was taking orders as quickly as he could

Absolutely amazing service (shoutout to Ms. Peggy for being lovely and so friendly with us, made my day) and the food came out so quickly. 11/10 best Wendy’s in the Chapel Hill area <3

Was great food but the sodas was way off.. had a awful taste like alot of carbonation. (Soapy or water down taste). Both drive thru and dining area

I know nobody reads these but management so I just stopped by to say, (1) the vibes are immaculate here and (2) give everyone a raise, they deserve it. xx

I go to Wendy's a lot, they are my go to fast food and typically a pleasant experience. This is the one closest to my work and I finally have just given up on them. The staff is just plain rude and could not care less. After 5 visits and consistently bad service and hit and miss orders, I give up. Go to the Hardee's across the street, they're nice.
