I really want to give Brueggers a better rating but the fact is the service is just slow. The food is always great. I suggest ordering ahead or having more than 15min to wait for your bagel to be made.

They have a brisket bagel that I was in love with because I don’t eat pork. I just recently found out they out pork in their brisket and don’t advertise that they do so. I am heated because apparently I have been eating pork which is absolutely wrong. They need to get sued over that cause who puts pork in a brisket???!!

Lady just walked out saying she had been waiting for her order for over an hour. I’ve been waiting almost thirty minutes. Slow staff, get it together! Shouldn’t take no more than 15 minutes. Do not recommend this location!!

A bagel is a bagel, but after a rough couple days what made today's breakfast special was the above and beyond service and care I got from my new friend for life Aniya. I'm a Brueggers ride or die for life now I'll be back for sure!

Don’t even try ordering thru the app — no process for balancing online vs in-person traffic, so app purchases don’t get filled if there are people physically in line. 40 min wait, 20 while sitting in the parking lot watching 10+ people make their way thru the ordering line, get their food, then leave. Had to go in, wait in line, order again, then straighten out billling.

The bagel I had was delicious! It was fresh and had good flavor (I got the Asiago Cheese one). The staff were also very friendly! However, the hot chocolate that I ordered was not very good at all! It was way too sweet and didn't have a chocolaty taste at all. It was like sugary milk. Everything seemed a little overpriced too. TL;DR I'd get the bagels again, but skip anything else.

Hadn't been there in awhile, previous experience in the morning wasn't great. Person behind the counter was rude. Reluctantly, I went in there today because I was also going to Guglhupf next door and didn't know Bruegger's were closed. Instead of the, "sorry we're closed", I got chewed out. I wish they would focus on customer service.
