The food was excellent. The bread was just right in texture and warmth. The sandwich was delicious. The condiments were fresh and had great flavor. Service was terrible! There were two cars ahead of me, 2 or 4 customers on the inside, and it took 20 mins to get a sandwich, a sourdough baguette, and a large soda! While sitting at the window there were 4 employees just standing around talking and acting like they were cleaning something. One employee cleaned the oven handle the whole time I was waiting at the window. They didn’t even come to the drive-thru window right when I pulled up, they took almost 5 mins to even greet me and to take my payment. Just a horrible experience!

Panera Bread's are comfortable places to hang and get a quick bite of a tasty morsel. My wife and I enjoy their egg white, avocado, and tomato breakfast sanwich on a sprouted grain bagel. Love their hazelnut coffee too. It's a great place to meet clients and do computer work.

The reason I wanted to jump on and write a review about Panera is because of the manager at this specific Panera. I believe her name is Rickie. She came by to pick up our plates after we ate and was very friendly. She started talking to us and was extremely nice to us and the kids. She even gave us some free cookies to try. I mean the food was great and fresh tasting and the bread is amazing... but she just made it all better.

I had rhe double chocolate chip crispers and they were sooooo good and the perfect amount and size. It's basically like eating a full cookie but in bits. It's perfect for kids so that they don't waste a full bjg cookie. Also it's perfect for you to share or only if you want a taste. The big chunk of chocolate sets it off and they are soft too. I had the charged lemonade as well and it's soooo good. It's a quick little snack.

Rickie and the front cashier (I'm so sorry I didn't get his name) were so amazing and nice. My son is autistic and I get very nervous taking him to eat in public and they were very patient and kind. Rickie came and gave my son stickers and he absolutely loved it.
We will be returning for the amazing food but more imp the impeccable staff!

I love Panera Bread. Good food. Healthy soups and salads. I like that we are able to order on our on from the kiosks. My son loves the new flatbread pizza, it has such a good sauce on it. It's delicious!! You can see this location from the 202/101 freeway. It's by the chandler mall and a bunch of stores like Target, shoe stores and Harkins is right there as well.
