I had the cluck chicken sandwich and it was amazing. Visiting from VA I want a good quality chicken sandwich and they did not disappoint. The sauce and the pickles added so much flavor. The young man at the window was amazing and provided great service. Thank you

So this is actually an update on an old review I left about a year or so ago. My original review had to do with a series of very bad experiences I'd had with them before.
However, I've gone here a few more times and they have really turned everything around. The last half-dozen times I've been there the service and food have been spectacular. So I'm revising my review now to reflect my more recent experiences. Well done guys, I love a good comeback story and you've pulled it off. Keep up the great work!

I just left from Jacks drive thru, I have to say that the employee working the night shift window was probably the best interaction I’ve had when dealing with anyone in customer service and or the hospitality industry. I wish I knew the guy I am talking about name but yeah the night shift crew as a whole made sure my order was correct and they were very helpful, upbeat, and positive.

Great service in drive thru, we had 1 of each Cluck sandwiches, Deluxe spicy, regular spicy cluck and regular cluck all 3 were good, just needed aittle more sauce.

The breakfast sandwich was good for fast food. They were playing some pretty good music inside while I was waiting for my food. I don’t eat fast food very often but they exceeded my expectations.

When we arrived in the restaurant, it was totally empty, maybe because we were a little bit late. The waiter spoke a little bit too fast, I hardly understood (I was just a tourist), but he was helpful. The food tasted good, I like Jack in the Box burgers. One of my favourite fast food restaurant is Jack in the Box. The restroom was clean.
