Wendy's

Firstly, Wendy's menu offers a tantalizing array of options that cater to diverse tastes. From their iconic square-shaped burgers made with fresh, never frozen beef to their crispy and flavorful chicken sandwiches, every item on the menu showcases their dedication to delivering mouthwatering flavors. Their commitment to using high-quality ingredients extends beyond just the main dishes; their salads, sides, and even beverages are carefully crafted to ensure a delightful dining experience.

Mixed bag of experiences, Nathaniel is the best team member there, he is always a delight to talk too and a joy to interact with. In the past I have had an issue with Matthew who didn’t give me my drink at the window and after waiting at the window for him to come back to ask for my drink he claimed I didn’t pay for one even though I had ordered a meal and got the accompanying fries. After actually checking the order to see instead of trying to just send me on my way he did give my the drink but the tone and immediate defensiveness rather than desire to make it right left something to be desired with the customer service. Regardless of that particular instance, this location is better than the other one on Arizona Ave by the Home Depot and Nathaniel is still an absolute gem, a rare thing in customer service these days to find someone who cares to still go above and beyond.

In light of my recent experiences with Wendy's I thank Manager Nathan and his team. On 02/15/2022 I went to this Wendy's, and the Host was Faith, the cashier was Fernando and they did excellent. This Wendy's and I have had our conflicts with service level and food quality. I have had food incorrect orders, missing items, etc. and as a customer I Absolutely DO NOT want Mayonnaise on my burger. There have been times I have needed to request orders to be remade, and it has been quite an experience but Manager Nathan has shown great customer service and his staff seems to have improved over the last few months. The food that I have been receiving lately is almost picturesque with Wendy's advertisements, and the level of customer service is great! When I say great I will tell you why: 1. For one, I don't even need to mention No Mayonnaise anymore, but I still will just in case lol. 2. The food is hot, crispy frees and fresh veggies on my sandwiches. 3. It doesn't take long for me to get my order and when I place large orders, I can tell that time was taken to get my order correct because when I return to my home with family, the order is just right! (this is a huge improvement!) I've been going to this Wendy's for almost a year now if not longer, and I have witnessed the transformation. Please keep up this great effort Wendy's, I personally shouldn't be eating fast food so much and I know that lol but when I do, I do appreciate hot crispy fries, great customer service, a fresh burger, and to top it off some lemonade. For the reviews that are negative, it is convenient fast food, so what do we really expect? But I have seen improvement. Peace.
