Firehouse Subs

I’ve been going to this Firehouse Subs location for years and I always get great service and food. A bit more pricey than other sub shops, but the quality in the food makes up for it. This is my go to place when craving a good sub. I usually get the Italian, New York Steamer, or Smoked Brisket, all of which are great.

Food was delicious. Me and my husband dined in here at this location. When we ordered we were going to just get subs but the cashier talked us into purchasing a combo meal since you receive chips,soda and a cookie. We grabed our chips and drinks waited Patiently anout 15-20 minutes. Our name was called and we received our subs fresh and dug in to our delicious sandwiches. When we left we totally forgot to ask for our cookies 😔☹😭😒🍪 but since they did offer it why didn't we receive it when we were called and served 😐 so just a bit of lack of remembrance from the team on that one since i would have loved to try their cookies.

This has to be one of the most outstanding Firehouse Subs I've ever been too. The manager (I assume) was nice enough to give my Girlfriend and I some chips on him alongside out subs and drinks. All the employees were incredibly kind and respectful as well. They even labeled our subs for us! We'll be returning very soon.

We have eaten here many times. I have always had a good experience, although I do think it is a bit expensive for sandwiches. Tonight, I had some questions about the kids' meals. The staff was quick to find answers. They were very respectful, even after I think I came across wrong, perhaps sounding like a difficult customer. Sorry about that. I think they handled the situation well. The manager should be proud of the customer service their employees modeled tonight.

Amazing, like always! I go to Firehouse all throughout the valley and this was the first time being at this store the place was very busy and the manager had just the right amount of employees working to get all these customers in and out quickly! I was on my lunch break so I didn't have very much time to waste but I must say out of all the stores I have been at, this was the best for getting people in and out that I have come across so far! So hats off to the manager and his employees! I will be back
