Stopped in tonight with a craving pregnant wife. We have been on a streak of about 10 places in a row where we don't get our order right for fast food.
They got our order right, were super fast, but when we got to the window, the correct coupon wasn't applied (our rebel card). Partly our fault, as I didn't specify. Anyway, without hesitation, the manager hands us two complimentary coupons in order to save us time rather than do a charge back. I thought it was extremely nice of them. Definitely made me want to keep coming back, and I felt zero frustration afterwards. Have never actually had a bad experience here, which is becoming rare to say these days.

I hate that I have to do this because before today this was probably the second best Arby’s around but after what happened I’m disgusted. The freckled brown hair glasses supervisor that works the front counter is usually respectable but today I caught her in what must’ve been a bad day where she was projecting all of her anger and hatred towards me. Completely ruthless and rude behavior. Will not be returning to this hell hole.

HORRIBLE service. I went through the drive through and forgot to mention I had a coupon(sorry I’ve had a long week and I forgot). Well the so called manager scoffed at me and said “next time tell them you have a coupon when ordering” and not nicely. I mean I would have been mad at myself too if I was in her shoes but jeez you don’t have to yell at me right to my face. Just so rude. Be better.

I ordered the 12 dollar family pack and they charged me 12.80. I understand that it is only .80 cents but why offer it for 12 dollars if it isn't. I was not offered the receipt so I wonder what else they over charge you for. Be careful and ask for a receipt if you wish to order here. The food was exactly what they said it was going to be so that was good. I read the other reviews and i agree, the customer service here is poor to say it nicely.

Despite a very busy drive through, the service inside was very speedy and the food was fresh and hot. An employee checked in with us to ensure everything was good and cleared our table for us. Well done Arby's. Well Done!

Dear Arby's management
I was at your champlin store today the food was good but for the second time in a row the drive up person was anything but friendly.
The person did not say please or thank you and to me manners at a huge part of the business it's also a reflection of management training of employees.
If the person would at least made a bad comment i would have known he was alive .but no.

Food was okay but twice now I’ve ordered cheese sauce for curly fries and didn’t receive it, and third time I’ve ordered a French dip without, ya know, getting the dip. Just kind of disappointing
