Willy Mccoys Restaurant Champlin

Ill start out saying we didn't go super hungry so that could have been a fault of our own. The 2 for 1 all day is pretty nice though Ordered the jalapeño popper flatbread. It had too much mozzarella and couldn't taste the cream cheese at all. The jalapeño slices would have been better served inside it, maybe in the cream cheese. The nachos were layered really good but were just ok. Nothing amazing or bad about them. Friend really liked the breakfast burger.

On Monday night 03/28, my neighbors and I went to Willy McCoy's in Champlin, like we have done many times, as they offer 1/2 price on burgers. As always the service was great, food was very good. We met Kim, manager on duty that night. I want to tell you that she has excellent customer service skills. My burger was a little too cool and Kim came to our table immediately and expressed her concern. THAT is excellent customer service. She treated us and made our night out a very pleasant experience. Customer service, good customer service is a hard fine, and Kim should be teaching the skill. She is a great Example of management and keeping the customers in the forefront of the business' success. This is a fun place to eat and it has excellent food and lots of beer choices. We go there often, it is a great place to meet up with people. I would give them five stars if they had keto/low-carb choices, but they do not except salads. The service is consistently excellent here and they have daily meal specials that are great deals. Will continue to be our go-to place.
