Caribou Coffee

How ridiculous is this? Large mocha that isnt even close to full for $6.50 and an XL cold press that is just over half at over $6!? I asked at the window about the cold press and she said her GM said that's how it is with no ice. I can understand not filling it up, but when I got home, I poured it into a 20 oz cup and it was full so 12 oz is ice!?! Why even have the XL if you only put a large quantity in it? Or charge me the extra 30 cents to fill it up! When I asked to speak to the manager, she wasn't available....how sad to raise prices and not even give what is paid for.

Emily is amazing! I heard her interaction of the previous customer's order. Literally everything went wrong. The customer was trying to get water free by asking for it in a cup, ordering starbucks specific drinks, they were confused/rude the entire time, and were on the phone the entire order. Emily could not have handled the situation more skillfully. She was extremely professional, polite, and it was so impressive!

I come to this store usually three times a week to work on my coursework for college. I love the environment and have never had an issue until now. On Saturday December 11th I experienced the worst employees I have EVER encountered. It was three (likely) high school age girls. They were screaming, gossiping, screeching, playing loud Tik Toks, and generally being the worst employees I have ever encountered. I work in customer service so I know the job is rough and you should be allowed to talk to coworkers and have fun. But the fact that I could hear word for word every single things they said through my earbuds was awful. They were too busy screwing around to pay attention to the counter. The may be able to perform the physical job, but they clearly lack self awareness and professionalism. I would advise whomever writes the schedule to never put the three of them together again. Especially the obnoxious girl with the backwards hat. I don't know their names but I gave the date and this took place in the evening so I'm sure it can be figured out. Not sure which one of them is a manager, but whoever it is is engaging and encouraging this social hour. Also, it didn't get any better when one of the girls left at 6 pm. Could still hear the remaining two yelling word for word in the back room. I am still here right now and if I was confrontational I would have said something, but I shouldn't have to tell employees to stop screeching across the store. This has been an awful experience.

A great place to stop for coffee when biking through the Elm Creek trail system. It's become ritual for me to first stop down at Cafe Donuts, grab a donut or two to go from there, and come over and have a cup of coffee at Caribou with my donuts. The staff are usually pretty friendly and helpful as well.
