Blonde lady with the bun was the best…great customer service and patience with our large party. However y’all need some more staff! That’s probably why we had awkward wait times, parts of people orders coming out far apart, the thirst for refills, and the list could go on, but and I’ll leave it at that! Food was still pretty good.

Let me start this by saying how amazing the cooks, management, servers and bartenders are. We went in late and it took awhile for us to get our food but Anthony and Douglas took into consideration that and they comped our whole meal. They treated us so well and made sure we were happy the whole time. I couldn’t be more grateful for how nice they were to us. This is by far my best experience at any restaurant!

I agree with other reviews about the service. It was not very busy when we were there but the server made some excuse why 1 beer and 1 drink took over 10 minutes when I saw two people working behind the bar. Much of the staff was busy talking at a table, instead of actually working. Wings tasted like they had been sitting a long time. Only good thing is their sauces. Almost $50 for some wings, fries, and 2 drinks (2 people). Not a good value, regardless of price increases due to Covid.

This place has a new way of dine in ordering which is through your phone and it's absolutely garbage. Waited over 20 minutes for a beer and the bartender couldn't pour a beer at all! I'm talking 50% foam. With this new system of ordering the waiter rarely checked in with us and we ended up clearing the tables ourselves to make room.

Terrible experience... never again. I came in for a takeout order, and nothing went right. It took about 20 minutes longer than they estimated, even though my order was small and I was the only one there. They also rang up an extra drink I didn't ask for, and weren't the slightest big polite. Finally got home to eat my food, and they totally skipped one of my wing sauces! They also added Buffalo to my wife's wrap, even though I asked them not to. Glad I gave a good tip just for nothing to go right! Avoid this place, go anywhere else.

Just know if you dine in and get your drinks before you order and you have a child, BBW will charge you and adult size drink. We placed our drink order prior to ordering. Had two kids meals and when the bill came we were charged two adult drinks. Ask the server why the adult drinks, he said because that the kids meals only come with milk, which is not true. The server did not once state the charge would be adult prices for the drinks. Understand businesses need revenue but that’s not how you treat guest. Did not offer a courtesy to take the drinks off the bill and the manager did not want to hear our side just walked away quickly.
