If you want your food to taste like dog food, then go here. They’ll omit half your order, and never answer the phone too. The place smelled like cat urine too, what’s that about?

We threw out the food and went to Culver’s.

I went through their Drive-thru a month ago and when I got home I was missing a breakfast sandwich, so I called them and the man that answered the phone took my name and address and said they would send me a coupon for a free sandwich in 2-4 weeks. Needless to say I never received the coupon, and so when I was at McDonald's this past weekend I talked with a manager and she said there was nothing she could do. REALLY!

Very unfriendly staff, only 1 drive up lane & had to pull up and wait for my food but 12 cars behind me no problem? Employee comes out and asks me what my order was and waited another 5 minutes. Total time18 minutes. This franchise is the worst!

Could see right to the sandwhich prepper person in the lobby and he wasn't wearing any gloves; was touching the cheese and sandwhiches with his bare hands.

Trash. The fries are always cold. They gave me the wrong order, and they didn't even give me either of the 2 sauces I asked for for my nuggets.

I ordered a blueberry muffin with my coffee. The muffin was as hard as a rock. Why are you serving old baked goods? You should have been able to tell that it was old by how solid that muffin was. Totally unedible. Totally dissappointed.

Update: Gave them another try and you'll never guess what happened? They messed up my order again. I told the kid 5 times I wanted bacon and not sausage and he would repeat back, so you want sausage, or so you don't want egg? No, I just want bacon instead of sausage, but that was like explaining the theory of time to a gold fish. Worst McDonald's I've ever been too.
They mess up my food almost every single time I go. Rude in the drive thru, don't answer their phone, so you have no way to get in touch with anyone. I would wait until you get to Anoka or Maple Grove, depending on what way you are going. Worst McDonald's by far!!
