The McDonalds on Neil St and Kirby is by far the best in Champaign! Order correct, food hot, service great and friendly staff! Love the Halloween decorations today as well!

Most of the kiosks were busy and when asked, the cashier graciously took my order. We were pressed for time so we appreciated this consideration.

I’m a regular customer of the McDonald’s in the Chambana area, and this is one is definitely the best. It’s clean and has lots of space to sit down, so it’s easy to have late night conversations here with friends and loved ones. They also got new fun chairs at some of the tables to sit in!

I had to go into the actual store to order as my recently bought vehicle drivers side window doesn't roll down.. I got in and stood at the counter for a out 4min with people just walking past me looking at me like I was crazy.. I then turned to leave assuming they were not going to serve me and realized that the kiosks we're open and I should have been ordering from there. So I did. And waited a few minutes and kaboom! My order came up. You really have to understand how these things work now or better yet: have a sign or something

We ordered food to go. I got my food all cooked fresh and ordered a Double cheeseburger without pickle and it was wrong. We took it back in and the manager made it himself. He was very nice and friendly. The food was hot and good.
