Little Caesars

I dont know what the hell has happened but NOW, its ridiculous! They used to have so much better service but now You get in the drive thru line for something that's "supposedly" already done yet instead of driving thru your "staying-still!." And they could careless. Today they literally locked the door and left people in the line that had been there and just shut down. Then we couldn't leave because all cars were blocked in. Who ever was running this chalmette location before, should take over it again!!

This is the second time I make my order and when it's delivered is the wrong order. I always order light cheese light sauce with pineapple and pepperoni. When I call to let them know the person on the phone just tell me to wait and then the call is cut off. I call again and the person does it again. I when in person and they just told me they can't give me a refund because I made my order online🤨. Worse customer service and rude.

Yesterday I witnessed this very rude prejudice lady who was a customer fussing with the staff outside and being rude along with who I am assuming was her daughter...this store has a very friendly staff and head's up to the manager for holding her perfessionalism and her composure...I stayed and watched this lady harass these people and also escalated a situation from nothing... little Caesars your staff deserve a award for courtesy and respect...I've worked in pizza places years ago and it's a very demanding job and you run into all types of rude and dishonest customers

This place is horrible ordered online was suppose to be able to pick up in store but the manager decided to close the lobby and make everyone wait in the drivethru I'll never order from here again if I didn't pay for my order already I would have left it but couldn't because I was stuck in the drive thru
