I had a woman with silver hair, she was rude from the moment we walked in as if she did not want us there at all. She did them very quick and the design is cute but they were so long we had to come back (I was too nervous at first to ask for them to be shortened because of how rude she was) and get them trimmed which she did not like at all. After she trimmed them I saw they were extremely thick and she had only used the file towards the tips so it wasn’t noticeable until I asked her to make them a shorter. The price ($75) was not worth her attitude or how thick the acrylic is. She could’ve taken a little bit more time to file it down or press the acrylic more so it doesn’t look like glue sticks on my nails. Won’t be going back again.

I always get my eyebrows waxed here so that’s why I am giving 3 stars but this is the first and last time I get my upper lip waxed here! The technician who waxed my upper lip burned me. My skin on the corner of my lips is peeling and hurts so frikin bad when I try to open my mouth and eat! Then she put alcohol or peroxide on the places she waxed before they always uses some kind of lotion and I think that made it burn even more. This ruined my vacation I’m so upset about this experience!

This was my first time going with them and I couldn’t be happier. She used the picture I sent her and my nails came out exactly like the picture. She even photographed her work when she was done. This place was so clean and nice. Good vibes and great service. I will definitely be returning and using them from now on. I would recommended Modern Nails by Kylie to anyone looking to get there nails done in pretty much any design or style you are looking for. She can even do designs off the top of her head and it still comes out beautiful and perfect.
