Mcdonald's

I used to drive past other McDonald's locations to go to this one because the food was freshly prepared and the orders were accurate. Emphasis on WERE. Not any more. Saturday evening I drove up to this strangely quiet location and ordered a Big Mac and a Double Filet of Fish, both with extra sauce. Easy, right? NOT. Not thinking I'd need to rummage through my bag to see if they got it right, I got all the way home only to discover not only had they failed to put extra Mac sauce on the Big Mac, but my six dollar Double Filet of Fish was only a single, and no extra tarter on that either. I had to drive 7 miles back where, instead of giving them a second chance to foul up the order, I asked for my money back. Five people were standing around back there having a gab fest while a nasty acting manager, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, told me she wasn't giving me a full refund because I hadn't brought everything back. Only, I hadn't asked for all of it back, nor for the attitude. Guess that explains why the Sonic down the street had a full lot while theirs was empty. Avoid this place.

Like waiting a long time in drive thru and having people cut you off before placing your order, then look no further!! The food and staff are not the problem, it is the layout of the parking lot and how it "incentivizes" for people to cut in front of others in the duel drive thru. Fix this for a better review. *Updated 12/20/21* 8 months later, line cutting is still bad and sickening. Plus, always check you food and drink before you leave drive through. I'm posting pictures this time of the line cutters. *Updated 6/23/21* They fixed a line cutting entrance into the parking to the drive thru so it would limit the amount of line cutters, but it still sometimes happens. Overall experience has improved some.

Time after time, the order displayed in the drive through and what is received is never correct. Fast food is supposed to be a simple in and out, without having to have the careless staff redo food multiple times. Horrendous location, even when the lobby is closed and there's no line in the drive-through. UPDATE: once again, poor service. Waited in line in drive-through for over 30 minutes before the car before me was ever served. Absolutely unacceptable service.
