Taco Bell

Tonight was BAD...and it wasn't the first time. We ordered 6 items and it took 20 minutes to get them. They were also caught shortchanging the portions that should have been for 1 item split across 3 for the customer in front of us. Yet the crew was more engaged in playing and talking to each other than serving customers properly. This location has got problems, which have been present for several months. They need help in getting back on track.

This is the worst Taco Bell. I was just there and was informed that they were out of beef and could replace the beef on my order with any other meat so since it was tacos and Mexican pizzas chose steak then was up charged for the steak even though they ran out of beef which customers have no control over. This will be the last time we go to this location as since there is always something incorrect with our order or something they are out of that should be a staple item from the menu

If you like a correct order the first time then don't come here ! They legit always mess something up with my order if it's not a simple order. I usually have to eat something I didn't order or don't like. This place used to be good but it's been going down hill from the group of kids they hire that don't pay attention. I'll probably start switching locations.

This location is a total hot mess. Ordered on 4/9/22 at 3:25pm. There wasn’t a sole in the drive thru, and only a few cars in the parking lot itself. So they weren’t busy. I ordered 3 nacho fry boxes, all the exact same (2 with root beer and 1 with sweet tea). The person who took my order was polite, but did ask me twice after I had told him what sauces I wanted. Not a big deal. Then asked if I wanted to round up to support a charity, which I said yes. He said it would be $19. I get to the window and he took my card and charged me $18 something, so he forgot to round it. Again no biggie. Then gave me the 2 root beers, and a min or so later handed me the 3 boxes, they weren’t in a bag or anything so they were a bit hard to control. Again, not a big deal. A min or so after that he said that the sweet tea needed stirred so it would be a second for the last item. I waited for a bit and then another young gentleman came to the window and asked if I would pull to the front and someone would bring it out. So I did. I waited 12mins before I decided to call into them, and ask what was happening. They brought out the sweet tea a min or 2 after the call. I live 5mins away and when I got home the food was cold, fries were soggy, and you guessed it no sauces in any of the boxes. I hate to complain especially in times like we’re in where it’s hard to staff anywhere. However there were at a minimum 4 employees there, it wasn’t a lunch or dinner rush, and they simply failed on so many levels. I certainly hope the other Taco Bell they’re opening not even 2 miles down the road from this one does a much better job, and has a solid management staff to keep it operating correctly, with trust worthy, dedicated, detailed and customer focused staff. This whole review could’ve been prevented if handled differently. I hope this review helps somehow.

I ordered 3 5 layers and a spicy potatoes soft taco and legit there was 1 car infront of me Noone behind me and they still messed it up. I used to work at taco bell. This is unacceptable and at this point because of all the other times I'm almost certain they're doing it to me on purpose. Happens all the time. How can you be so incompetent that when you have a line of 2 people you can't even get 3 5 layers right. Don't go here they will certainly mess up.
