Pizza Hut

I ordered a Pan Pizza and they gave me hand tossed Pizza and I paid extra for the Pan Pizza. When I called to the store and informed the manager , he told me that the it is the Pan Pizza. I told him the topping and sauce should be to the edge and manager informed me that actual Pan Pizza was the one I got and previous Pan Pizza's were Chef's mistake. Be careful and check for your Pizza near the Pizza hut only to see if they provided our order as per our request.

I have tried very hard to give this location the benefit of the doubt and have reordered multiple times. This location cannot get details on orders correct at all. If you ask for extra sauce you’ll get extra cheese, if you ask for extra cheese you’ll get extra pepperoni. I have literally put notes on that are never followed. The pictures online used to look like what you ordered but have gone way down hill. You can select “contactless” and they will still stand at the door and hand it to you. Details are NOT their strong point at this location at all. UPDATE 12/16/21: Tried again. Pizza came tasting like the dough was stale or old, the pizza was cut very odd, and had pieces of the crust completely missing. And as always, the extra sauce wasn’t there even though it’s on the receipt, and was missing an additional container of sauce too. I called to talk to the manager who I believe he said his name was Alex. I told him my issue, and how this continues to happen. He quickly told me, the pizzas are sticking to the pans for some reason, and to redo it, would take longer and to deliver it wouldn’t be worth my time because they were “extremely busy”, so he would add a credit to our account. Which they said they would do one other time a year ago and it never happened. I am all about giving the benefit of the doubt, however this location is terrible. Do not order from this location if you want fresh, good tasting pizza, or quality. They don’t care, you’re just a number. And for the record we always be sure to tip the driver around 20-25% as we know it’s not their fault. I’m so disappointed in Pizza Hut.

Understood it is a pizza place, but when you order sides, you expect them to be good if they are offered as well. In this order, we ordered mozzarella sticks and they were soggy. It was not just from travel, they were just soggy. Final comment is pizza cutting. Not sure who did it, but your options are either a slice thats barely adequate for a baby to a slice that is going to make even a giant full. The Big Box deal we ordered could have easily been 10 slices per pie, but instead was 8 each with vastly varying sizes.

Multiple times now I have gotten my food delivered and it looks like someone threw it against a wall. When you buy marinara it might be watered down or they won't even give it to you and you'll have to call. I couldn't find a place to make a complaint on the website or the app. Hope they see this so I can get a refund for this pizza I just got. And my mozzarella sticks look torn apart and no marinara sauce. Had to call to get them to send it out. Called the manager she was very kind and sent out a new pizza. Didn't catch her name but they are very good at fixing mistakes.
