My daughter unfortunately permitted auto-deduct from her bank account to a gift card. Starbucks proceeded to deduct $75 in 3 - $25 increments from her bank account and did not credit or reload the gift card. The gift card shows a $19 balance. I tried to call the 1-800 number on the back of the card but it was not a valid number. I called a different 1-800 number and the customer service rep was extremely rude and hung up on me. We have reported this to the bank and, as part of the process to recoup the $75 Starbucks deducted from the account, went to speak with manager Allie at the Cherrywood location. She refused to look at the bank information and the app showing a $19 balance on the card despite the $75 deduction. We informed her we called the 1-800 number to no avail. Her response "I can't help you." If something happens with a gift card reload from Starbucks don't plan on getting your $ back. If you want thoughtful customer service skip this location.

This was one of my favorite Starbucks to go to but apparently they close their doors forever. Their business only did good when the local high school was in session. But people nowadays want their coffee drinks now and not have to wait so they prefer to go to a different Starbucks that has a drive-thru. And people wonder why there's so much anti socialness in this country

I'm not a coffee drinker so I don't go here often. Today, I wanted to take coffee to the striking King Soopers workers. The nice woman at the counter explained my options and I decided on the big box. It holds 12 cups of coffee and cups, creamer & sugar are included. Less than $20! I can afford to do this again. Thanks, Starbucks!

Not a place to sit and enjoy your coffee on a week day. As a teacher I enjoy students, but the place was packed with AHS students. The table for 4 next to us had 10-12 students (it changed constantly) around it. We were stepped on, bumped, and jostled the entire time. All of the tables were similarly crowded, my friend and I were the only customers over the age of 18. Several of the students were vaping as well . Although they were asked to stop they continued vaping, they just did a better job of hiding it. Our drinks and food were fine, I would just plan on taking it to go.

Ordered ahead, and our trunks were there waiting for us. The frapachino was made the way it is supposed to be, and the iced chai was correct. We usually don’t come to this one, but was close by at the Southglenn mall.
