Mcdonald's

Newly reduced hours make this location know for bad service even less likely of a place for me to visit. Always been known for slow, rude employees, people who don’t even say a word to you and just shove a bag in your face. I put up with those things for good food and the convenient location. But... You’re still open until 12 according to this page and the website on Friday. I pulled up at 1106 tonigh. The Big M sign and all outdoor lights including the menu were on implying open. Waited at least 3-4 minutes. Wasn’t greeted. I even tried to get their attention. Not surprised. I can’t count how many times I’ve been ignored during their posted hours at this location (10+ in the last year minimum). I hope the new owners of this location read this and realize this is why their sales numbers are low in the late evening causing the need for cutting back hours op operation to begin with. Your employees just ignore the customers until we go away...fire the manager in charge of nights if you want to succeed.

I've moved away from CR in October. But I wanted to give this place a review because the McDonald's in my current area(Osceola) just gave me snot in my drink. Anyways, I wanted to say that the employees have always been nice to me and I loved their personalities. Even if they did talk a lot, I still enjoyed them being themselves (at least they got the job done in a decent time). Plus, I've been here about 1000 times I'd wager, and always got a caramel frappe. Their Frappes were so good, and I've never found snot in them. Plus when I'd ask for extra caramel, they always gave me the perfect extra. I honestly miss this place and regret moving away.

Most of the time I have a nice time there but this time I had a rough time my order took a really long time to get out to me and it was only 1 drink, and my drink ended up being the wrong size it was to small, but it tasted fantastic, just wish it was quicker to get out there. Oh and there was no appoligisement for the late service or not even a thank you for your patience type of deal so that seemed a little strange but I figured that they were busy so I didn't think much of it

extremely disappointing coming an hour and a half before close and their lights are off and theirs 4 employee cars yet not one answers the drive thru for 10 minutes, or at all. always had problems with this mcdonald's. worked with food my whole life and i understand things get hard sometime but this is ultimately the worst service i’ve ever gotten from a place repeatedly. don’t know how they’re still in business.

Google will tell you that this location is open 24 hrs. It is not. I recently received a late night/early morning call about a death in my immediate family. I went to this location to get some coffee and breakfast around 6am for myself and the other people who were up with me at that time, only to find them closed. I've worked for chains before. It's not hard to update your business hours on Google, if you care enough to try. The manager /owners of this location do not appear to care that they have people driving there at all hours, only to have to turn around in their dark parking lot. And frankly, I'm glad. I'm not sure I'd trust the food or cleanliness of a place that clearly doesn't pay any attention to detail. So, thanks 1st Ave McDonald's for that. You managed to make a terrible morning even worse.

Service always slow never opens on time and food always hard and over cooked even when arriving at opening. Hard burritos and hard biscuits. And god forbid don't complain or try to come back to get a meal replaced. You will be taken to task. Best have your receipt and a managers signature. Because you're going to the mat over a cheeseburger there. Be ready to throw down for it! Lol!
