Subway

This store will mess up your sandwich and then blame you for it. My fiance got a turkey sandwich and Brad decided to dump a huge amount of pepper onto my sandwich. My fiance had him fix it and even after taking the first layer of ingredients off it is still covered in pepper and not edible. When I say covered, I mean all of the green peppers were so covered in pepper you could barely tell they were supposed to be green. Anyone would be able to tell the average person would never have this much pepper. I called the store and Brad continued to blame us saying next time to ask for light pepper and then proceeded to blame the pepper shaker. This is the 3rd bad experience we have had with Brad. He is a horrible supervisor and needs better training. He blantly charged us for a sandwich that he knew we couldn't eat. As far as I'm concerned he stole from us today. When I pay for food, I expect to be able to eat it.

Wow Subway what happened? Your subs used to be good. Hadn't been in years but decided to give it a go tonight for a quick supper. Ordered a steak & cheese but there was hardly any meat. Basically had a cucumber onion ranch sub. Hubs had the meatball sub and complained that meatballs were smaller and not as many. Asked for toasted but both ended up tough and chewy not toasted at all. For a few bucks more we should have gone to Firehouse. Won't be back.
