Pizza Hut

During dinner time of super bowl Sunday, we ordered stuffed crust pizza delivery. We received regular crust by mistake and when we called to let them know, they were so polite and sincerely apologized and immediately re made the pizza on stuffed crust and delivered it to us. Even though it was super bowl Sunday and they were likely very busy. The manager was so nice and said that when you pay for something you should get it the way you paid for and immediately rectified the issue.

Ordered online and first off the online ordering was a fiasco to start with so we called the restaurant and thought we got it figured out but when the delivery driver arrived he only got out part of our order we asked about our drinks and he replied "I wondered who those went to" as if he's just driving around with product that he has no idea what goes where and the pizza was cold and dry as if they ran out of pizza sauce our 2 orders if cheese bread sticks were not with the order either and not even the 4 marinara sauces or the 4 garlic sauces either called the restaurant back and they said they would have the rest of our order out to us in about 12 minutes and as of 45 minutes still waiting on the rest of our order I honestly believe that when you charge a customer for a product and you don't deliver on the product that is theft of that customers money ok finally the rest of our order showed up 51 minutes after the final call

Update May 4, 2022. Gave our old favorite a try again. OMG. Thank you it was amazing. Pizza as ordered. AMAZING bread sticks. Delivery within 10 minutes of "out for delivery" text message. I keep a $10 tip in my pocket at all times for such amazing performance. Thrilled to be handing out $10 bills to this store's delivery person once again. Thank you! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Update June 27, 2021. Lowering my review to 2 stars from 5. Long term fan of this store until two orders in the last two weeks. Pizzas delivered have not matched our orders. Tonight's pizza was out for delivery 30 minutes. Cold when delivered. Store not helpful when calling at 20 minutes - they thought the pizza had already been delivered. Hope to update this again in the future but would advise caution at this point. Original review: I've ordered pizza from this store for over a decade - carry out and delivery. Food and service is better than ever. Amazing team working hard, delivering high quality food service promptly.

When order it said 10-20 minutes. I went to pick up the pizza 15 minutes later. As I was walking in the delivery person said "it would be another 10 minutes that he got there at 3:00 and no one was there". I ran a quick errand was back in 15 minutes. The inform the girl at the counter I was there for a carry out order. She then goes to the back and is on her phone. I then wait another 15-20 minutes for my order to come out. I order a big dinner box they tell me the are out of the crust for the pizza so gave me a regular pizzas. The bottom pizza was cold by the time my order was given to me.

The first time I went here. I waited ten minutes before being helped. Then only to be told it will be ten minutes before my food is ready, when I ordered it hours ago, to be ready at a certain time. Then they boxed it a way that was more convenient for them, rather than how it's supposed to be boxed. Yesterday, I gave them a second chance. They failed miserably. I waited again, for ten minutes to even be helped. And since you can see them in the back, they know your there. And I could see many of them weren't busy. I then take out my bread sticks, the only thing I ordered, and they barely had any seasoning on them. Which if you had that, you know you were missing out on the best part. So it's safe to say I will never be going to this Pizza Hut again.
