Mcdonald's

June 12th 2022 3:45 pm. I was at front counter and was approached by a very aggressive impolite, rude staff member. She muttered "you must use kiosk, I can't do 3 4 5 things!" With a really unfriendly, unwilling to help expression and in front of another customer as if i was her little child. I totally understood these timing but she could've just ask without an attitude or unpleasant expression. I simply walk out, with a staff like that running the restaurant, would the food taste good had I order it? I don't think so. Back in my days working for McDonald's in the 90s I burned myself on the grill flipping 29 cents hamburgers and 39 cents cheeseburgers on deal days. I don't remember myself giving any customers experience where they simply walk out. That's asham. I travel for work and if you folks from here ever go west, visit IN and OUT burgers, After this experience here from this restaurant, I really miss them. But don't get me wrong there are great McDonald's employees, it's just that they're really rare now.

It's a shame to walk in a restaurant and see three people leaning on a counter and the ENTIRE lobby is dirty. Drink station DIRTY. Tables most DIRTY. Floors DIRTY. Dead bugs on the floor. It's a house fly. NOTHIN MORE. I don't think anyone that works here has respect for the job they do. At the job they chose. Job didn't chose them.

50/50 experience on 2/27/22 between 7pm-7:10pm. Slow cashier at the front register... took a good minute just for her to count my change from the register. 7pm hour and its dead inside... only counted a handful of customers in a place that could hold at least 50. 3-4 employees at the store. Had ordered 2 spicy mcChickens, 1 Mcdouble & 1 small fry. Due to many previous experiences now check every order before I leave to make sure I got everything and was missing the fry. Went back up front to tell the cashier about this and she was leaving her post to head to the back of the kitchen... ended up flagging down one the workers working the drive-thru + fries + assembling the orders about it and she went to the fries... her response when she came back (caught most of) with the fries was "she didn't want to give the fries because (blank) threatening her".. wasn't sure if she was joking around and cracking wise for unnecessary reasons or being serious but I was mellow the whole time I was there.

This location is not handicap accessible! The door they have the sticker on has no buttons, it's in the drive thru lane and the cutout is not in front of the door, it is a 6" step up with a walker in our case, no wheelchair will go over it either, making it even harder to get to! The only plus is that when we made it past the obstacles, the bathroom was very close. The other door may have been easier, but still no buttons. Please fix this issue!

This location just needs to be shutdown. Have stopped a few times last 2 months as it was convenient location. Twice I got the wrong order and then last night at 9:45 sat at drive through with all the lights on nobody ever answered me. Google says 24 hours, if its not, change it! Shortage of staff is not an excuse for this location.

How do I order a meal and get old food. Should of knew better as long as I waited in the drive thru something bad was about to happen. My burgers weren't wrapped old fries. Where was the manager that okd this to go out the window like this. So disappointed. Shouldn't even be one star. Nasty fries probably been there too long to serve. Someone needs better training to wrap a burger. Let me get ahold of supervisors.

Pulled up to go thru drive thru 5/20/22 at about 10pm and noticed a young lady standing half way out the door smoking a cigarette with a headset on. Shirt looked like she had been playing in the fry oil! Pulled up to speaker and waited after a lil bit I say at least you can acknowledge me! I understand you're smoking I get it but at least acknowledge me! She interrupts me very rudely and says I did acknowledge you and everything else was mumbled! I pull back round and she's still outside! She then says something else and then runs inside because she didn't want me to take a picture of her I didn't even have my phone out! But makes me wonder how many others did she treat like this and how many took her pic!? She needs no job with the public!
