5 Stars for the best Sandwich Shop!! My teammate went here for lunch and brought me back a Pastrami and Cole Slaw. That sandwich was very good! I love the flavor of the meat and the crunch of the slaw. I would definitely eat here again!! I wish we had a shop like this where I live. Lol. Not sure what they had for drinks.. I ended up getting a water.

Poorest customer service I've seen in a while. To summarize, when I got to the front counter the cashier didn't acknowledge my presence and didn't ask how he could help? Finally I told him that I had an online order. He asked what kind of barbecue chips I wanted? I responded with 'what kinds are there'? He didn't answer the question and instead walked to the back of the store. Then a guy came in (who myself and another customer ended up finding out was his brother) returning a wallet that this same cashier guy had forgotten. After this he came up to the front with an order, "did you order from GrubHub?" I said "No." He leaves the same order on desk. While waiting around for my order that should have already been made since they were staffed with 4 people and it was after the time frame that the online estimate gave, the same cashier asked if I needed anything? I said 'I'm waiting for my order to be made.' To which he responded that he already told me that the order he brought from the back of the store to the front desk was mine. Sure enough the receipt on the front said it was mine. But he didn't mention the name on the reciept, so how I supposed to know it in fact was mine? The sandwich is fine. But I wouldn't come back here anytime soon. *Please get your s**t together.

We were warmly welcomed when we walked in the door, and when we told them it was our first time they gave us some great recommendations. We bought a pastrami with coleslaw and the bobbi, Turkey with mayo, stuffing and cranberry sauce. We really liked the bread too, chew and soft. The salads sounded very good too.

Very expensive for a sub shop.. Menu is overly complicated and confusing instead of just suggesting the customer customize a little. Takes a while, which I guess makes sense based on the types of sandwiches, but it's not good enough to pay that much AND wait that long for. In fact, it's tiny and very chewy. Kid's menu is lacking kid-friendly options, especially for sides (not every kid likes Craisins), no milk option. Free grilled cheese with order of adult sub is nice. 2nd star for that.
