Don't waste your time if there's an older lady working there she's got a very very negative attitude she should not be working in the general public hospitality food business if she's going to have that type of an attitude when all we did was simply ordered food we didn't change anything we didn't add extra stuff or anything like that she was just very negative good luck if you go there!

10 out of 10 worst place to go! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE! Very unproductive will start a sandwich and walk away or stop to talk. When it's busy everyone needs to be working not talking and being very slow one girl in there made about 2 foot longs in the 25 mins I was standing in line! Maybe look into some new employees who take their job a bit more serious!!

I go here frequently but the last two times I've come up there door is locked when it says it's opened???
Uodate: I decided to wait. I seen someone in there and I waited for awhile. Several people tried going in but they wouldn't unlock the doors. It was 11 a clock. Way past the time they should have been opened and then they turned off their opened sign so I gave up and went to a different subway.

Web site says they open at 9 am . We were there at 9:05am. Tried to go in. Doors locked. Two people inside saw us. One was doing nothing. At 9:12 we called from outside there door. They answered and said they do open at 9 but it would be another 5-10 minutes because they weren't ready. We left and went to the one on Council St.

I got sold a turkey footlong with bad turkey meat.. BEEN WAITING ON MY REFUND I EVEN RETURNED THE BAD SANDWICH. MY 15 bucks I counted it as a lost.

I received kind & efficient service from the girl at the counter, which is always an important factor in my rating. I took our order home so I didn't pay too much attention to the dining area. Our food was fresh, even when ordering it at 8:30pm, prepared exactly as requested, and delicious.

I did an online order through them, it gave them over 20 minutes to prepare the sandwich and I got a messy sandwich. I ordered a sandwich with cheese several veggies some sauce toasted. I received a soggy sandwich with the bare minimum of everything even though I requested more of several items no sauce and no cheese. Normally this subway does well. And I’m very upset they can’t get my lunch correct when I’m on the go to get to work. I don’t know if it was the girls working today or if it’s your new employees in general, but I was very dissatisfied. They have plenty of time to prepare and when I went in there there were no other people no other orders nothing they were just standing around. It gets on my nerves when people can’t do their job, I’ll be ordering from a different subway in the future I didn’t pay $10 for a messed up sandwich

I was there at about 3 p.m. on a weekday. No body was out front when I came in but within moments someone came out. He was nice although not exactly friendly initially. He was more helpful and amiable as our transaction continued. I was the only customer in line. I ate a meatball marinara sub on garlic cheese bread. Tasted good but gave me acid that night. The store was clean. I'll go back for sure. It's also close to my house which makes it convenient.
