Outback Steakhouse

Our server, Christian, did an outstanding job! We were greeted with a smile : ). She was very attentive and it was obvious that she was happy to be there to help us out. I ordered steak and lobster! She even sold us on dessert. The only suggestion I would make is about the amount of salty and spicy seasoning used on the steak, next time I'll order my steak with no or just a little seasoning. You have a great employee in Christian! Thank you for your patience and kindness during COVID.

The steak is seasoned nicely, their house salad is pretty good, and I love their loaded mashed potatoes. That being said, it's really a hit or miss. Sometimes the steak is cooked how you asked, and other times it will be very under or over cooked (I run into this quite often). In one instance, my friend had ordered a steak and it came back smelling and tasting rotten. They thankfully fixed it for her, but being served meat like that was more than enough to ruin an appetite. The staff is quite friendly and helpful though, so it makes it easier if one has to send their dish back. The rewards help, and are a reason I continue to come, but it is a bit frustrating to pay around (or more than) $30 a person if you regularly have to send your dish back.

Awful, awful awful! First, save your money! My husband ordered Prime Rib, it was tough and full of fat! I ordered ribs and chicken. The chicken tasted like a frozen TV dinner. We had an onion blossom, it was burnt and over spiced! We complained and asked for a new onion blossom, the new one was still burnt but not as bad. It was spicy and had a horrible after taste!!!!!! The service was fair to poor! we had to ask for refills on our drinks. We had to ask for for our mini- loaf of bread too! My husband and I ate at the bar that is close to the kitchen. We didn't enjoy the screaming and yelling coming from the kitchen help. One kitchen worker told another kitchen worker, he got busted! We did like all the yelling and discourse from the kitchen help. They were loud! We did not enjoy our dinner at all. We paid $66.00 for this terrible dinner! We will never return to Outback Steak House. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I've ordered meals for pick up many times from this location. I have placed my order several times with Cheyenne and she is great. She always remembers me and the color of my car when I make the call. The food is pretty good too but Cheyenne makes me feel like Norm in Cheers which is very special too!

Mariah R was our server tonight and she provided some of the best service we have had in a long time! My husbands steak was way under cooked and we didn’t even have to bring it to her attention, she seen it and that he didn’t eat it and she asked about it and then offered to make it right for us. She was very polite and her attention to detail was outstanding!
