We had Scratch make the cupcakes for our wedding back in June, and they were AMAZING!!! I've never been disappointed by a Scratch cupcake, so I knew right away that's what I wanted for our wedding. They all looked so perfect and delicious! I saw a few guests walk out with extras because they couldn't get enough.

If you get a cucpake fresh from the store they are wonderful! I left a 3 star rating, only because the last 3 times I have order through fundraising events the cupcakes are extremely dry. I would suggest finding a new packaging for the frozen cupcakes. They dry out way to much this way.

Wow! This place us amazing! Ordered a Freshly Brewed cake to celebrate my parents. I had never been here before so hadn't tried the cupcakes. The cake was delicious and everyone loved it. The flavor was phenomenal, the cake was moist and the icing was a little bit fluffy and not too dense. The staff was extremely helpful with my multiple phone calls and questions. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely will never be back. I stopped in for half a dozen cupcakes recently and was lucky enough to find a fly baked into the top of one... and a hair in another! Completely disgusting. I spoke with a manager and they said it happens sometimes, sorry. How often does this happen that you say that? Gross. Just gross. I don't care about a refund. I care about bugs in my cupcakes.

Got the cookie dough and some cupcakes as usual. The cookie dough was off. Super gritty and a tad separated. It used to be so good but I dont know why it's so weird this time. Made me kind of sick. Cupcakes were also not so good. Ugly and burnt and we couldn't even eat them in the end. Im super disappointed. We used to love Scratch cupcakes.

Yummy cupcakes! So many yummy varieties. I went with the almond wedding cake. The frosting was sweet and creamy but no overly sugary. The decorative sugar added a perfect amount of crunch and texture. Also bought Mocha, brownie batter and Cappuccino Cookie Crunch.
