I LOVE THIS PLACEEEE!!! I have been coming here my whole life. it is a great business and i was checking to see when it opened, only to find that it was rated 4 stars! It deserves so much more and i will die on this hill.

The staff is very friendly, even when dealing with stressful crowds. It's a wonderful place just off the coast to stop by for ice cream, some chocolates and truffles, or a small candy.

I got an amazing decaf affogato with dark chocolate gelato. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do require masks, but I didn't mind after receiving my delicious creation and excellent customer service.

We come to Cayucos every year and this candy/ice cream store is always extremely friendly and wonderful to us - highly recommend going to this business!!!

Cayucos Candy Counter has a great selection of taffy, jelly beans, Haribo, etc. I felt like a kid again. The Honey Lavender and Coppa Mista Gelato was amazing. The chocolate straw that came with the Gelato was so tasty we wanted more. Great family owned busy following all the rules in a difficult time. Is always on our list of must visits when we are nearby.

Great ice cream! I did not try the candy, but I have heard very good things about it. They are pretty strict on sand and water in their store, and I saw someone get kicked out for dripping a little bit.
