I will never return to this location. I’ve had multiple issues here, but last night was the cherry on top. We arrived in the drive through like at 12:20, they close at 1 am. There were maybe 8 cars infront of us, we sat in the drive through for 40 minutes, they let a car sit at the ordering spot for 5 minutes until 1 am hit to say “we closed at 1, we aren’t serving anymore.” We did not leave the parking lot until 1:25 AM because we continued to sit, even though they were no longer serving food. The employees acted as if they had no clue or care, said their cameras don’t show the drive through line. Mind you there were 6 or so cars behind us still waiting. I asked for the managers name, as I’ve worked drive through at multiple places and would be fired, immediately. The manager took her name tag off, so I couldn’t see her name and refused to tell me her name, and literally just stared at me like I was dumb. The MANAGER acted extremely unprofessional, the employees had more respect than she did. There’s absolutely no reason why people should be sitting for over an hour in a drive through. They’re extremely comfortable not caring, and I’m sure it’s not the first time this has happened. I understand being short staffed, but there’s no excuse for the way she acted.

We came for dinner, the initial order was missing 2 items, we drove all the way back to the store to get those items, the whole order was remade and still wrong, missing 2 different items from both peoples order, I spoke to both managers and one of the on site managers actually remade my order when I came back and they kept the receipt. I am highly upset and feel as if there’s is nothing else to be done because I called the store multiple times and neither of the in site managers answered, while going back for my initial subpar order, I observed trash in the floor behind the counter, many teens but sitting around in the clock, and careless managers allowing this type of services to continue. The drive thru experience is god awful as you have to repeat things many times and be charged for them but won’t receive said items.

On April 26th 2022, at 1:40 p.m. I had I bad experience at this restaurant. After receiving my meal from the drive-thru, I thought I was shorted part of the meal. The woman working in the drive thru got very angry at me and yelled at me you better check the box again! When I check the box again, she was right and I was wrong. She didn't have to act like she wanted to fight me and yelling at me the way she did.
