Wendy's

Girl in drive thru was EXTREMELY rude!!!! She handed me the root beer frosty float that we were charged almost $3 for and it felt like there was 0 liquid, so I asked...she was so rude when answering me. Got to the park and opened it and the cup was a little over half full with maybe an inch of root beer. I was not happy about it.

2/27/21 drive-thru around 1:00 pm. The lady who took our order sounded as if working there was torture. She continually cut me off while I was ordering. I had a regular sized order, one combo, one burger and one side. You'd think that would be easy enough, right? Wrong! The fries were missing from the combo, I was given the wrong burger, both burgers were pink on the inside and our Baconater fries only had cheese and bacon on 1/4 of the order. Come on, this is not a difficult job! How can someone get it so wrong? I returned it all for a refund and the manager didn't seem to care, not even an apology. Everyone seemed miserable to be working there! Perhaps if Wendy's paid a living wage, people wouldn't detest working there so much.

My experience was not the best(it seems like the restaurant is known to mess up orders). I ordered the apple pecan salad and my friend ordered a double cheese burger. The salad was a hot mess not to mention no pecans, utensils or napkins. Exactly how do you make a cheeseburger w/o CHEESE. SMH, when I returned the items there was line of others making returns. Please do better.

There comes a time when you get tired of calling Wendy's every time they get your order wrong. At the drive thru I asked for a large number 1 the triple with a Dr. Pepper. I pull up pay and she hands me a small. I told her I asked for a large. She rolled her eyes (I would have too, I mean she wasn't the one who took the order in the first place) and says he said he wanted a large. Get my bag go to my job and they still give me a small fry. I seriously do not understand how after saying it twice Large they still gave me a small.
