Outstanding!! Quality of food is NYC/LA. Service is friendly, knowledgeable. We started with the calamari. BEST I’ve had here in California, served with a light tomato basil dipping sauce. I had the Eggplant Napoleon. A bit too thick for my liking however the sauce, the melted burrata cheese and the wilted basil was to live for!!! My husband enjoyed the Sauerbraten, you could cut it with a fork and melted in this mouth. We finished our meal with a delightful cocoa dusted Tartufo. OMG!!! Amazing texture, flavor, our new favorite dessert. We can hardly wait to bring our friends and family there!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hector and Petra have a nice thing going here, and everyone loves it who comes in. New Sunday brunch is great, love the omelette station!
Excellent German food served in a nice, casual ambiance. The prices are reasonable as well. The staff is efficient and friendly, and the owners go around the tables to greet the guests. There are also Argentinian and pasta dishes on the menu, which we haven 't tried yet. The apple strudel is simply wonderful. By all means, give this place a try!
Love this place! My sister and I ate dinner here for the first time and we loved the food and the service. We had the pesto fries to start and they were hot and delicious. We used the bread to scoop up the last of the sauce. Then we had the Argentine skirt steak that had incredible flavor and the roulade that was tender and so good. We finished with the apple strudel that was a perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Everyone was so friendly and nice ...made us feel so welcome
Unexpected, is the best word I have to explain the way I feel about Bonta. My cousin wanted to take me out for my birthday and I went googling to find the perfect Mediterranean grub. Bonta came up with an almost 5 stars so off we went. I looked kinda swanky and we were dressed rather casual. Upon arrival, we we're greeted by the nicest hostess and I later discovered she was the owners wife. We weren't made to feel uncomfortable at all. She as well as all the wait staff were super attentive and courteous. I had the fish and chips, yes, I know, not very Mediterranean at all, and my cousin had the French Onion soup and Cesar Salad, yes, I know... Not Mediterranean. The fish was very crunchy, loved it, and delicious. However, gotta say hands down the French Onion soup turned out to be out of this world. Probably isn't what the chef was expecting as a kudos but if you are a connoisseur, like me, don't miss out on this opportunity!
A great experience from greeting to exit. It looks a bit "fancy" on the outside, and it's definitely got a "nice" place decor inside, but it still has a casual feel. We were not dressed for a more formal place, and they welcomed us with open arms.
Friendly front staff, excellent waitstaff - happy and pleasant.

Great place with a great diverse menu! We've been there several times and have tried many different dishes and have not been disappointed. The owners Hector and Petra are about the two nicest people you could ever meet. Happy hour menu is fantastic!
They advertise as "comfort food" and it is more than that, it is a dinning adventure. From the pasta dishes to the Argentinian BBQ the offer will make any patron happy. The Argentinian BBQ is just amazing, the meat perfectly cooked to your taste and promptly brought to you.
The restaurant owners make sure all their customers are well taken care of.
It is a great place to dine if you are in the area.
We went for Happy Hour. All of us had Schnitzel Sliders. They were so good, we wished we could have eaten more. We also had twisted potatoes with chili- a great dish to share. One of our group said she could have eaten the whole dish by herself. There were 5 of us at the table. Kudos Hector, the sliders were perfection. Great time had by all.

Wonderful restaurant, a frequent stop for us. Excellent service and great food. Quite a large selection of dishes, something for everyone. Very nice patio that gets afternoon shade is great when the temperature is down.
The owners were sooo nice! The happy hour menu was unusual and fun,not to mention delicious!! I will be back for the ambience,great food and owners make u feel like you are at their home
