Our visit to this Barranca Ln. location, was less than typical. Management appeared irritated when we asked for a correct receipt for our order, that we'd just placed; as we'd been given someone else's. My brother's Whopper was VERY dry, with almost zero sauce, and NO flavor. It was disappointing to say the least. My Impossible (plant-based) Whopper was just OK. I am giving this meal 2 stars only, because the fries were good. This visit was bothersome enough, that I do not recommend this location.

I received a notice from Castle Rock senior info that Burger Kings in castle Rock may offer senior discount. Well, this BK does not! I have enjoyed NK Whoppers for years, but today mine was cold and tasteless. I will not visit this BK again!

Ordered 7 bacon burgers. Half of the bread was hard as rock. I know someone touched them so they knew and still served them. I recognize this is “fast” food. But that seems like a no brainer to me.
Fries were hot so I’ll give 2 stars.

Every time I go here, they're understaffed, but they're always so nice, they get food out so fast either in the drive through or dine in. They are so awesome and the food is amazing!

Normal Burger King food, but it was fresh and tasty. The five stars is for the drive-up window guy. He was great...you could hear him and understand him clearly. And he was cordial. Just an unusually nice experience even though it was just drive through. My second time there, but I'll go back for sure.

Dudes, thank you for the hot and fresh cheesy tots and plain bacon cheeseburger. I don't get fast food that often so I really appreciate getting stuff fresh from the frier when I do go out of my way for it. And your employees are so nice.
