We went to Casper, Wyoming for Mothers Day weekend to celebrate as a family and found out about Racca’s Pizzeria from Googling for the best restaurants in Casper WY.
Seeing that they already had over 400 reviews with over 4 stars made it something we had to try. We stopped there for lunch on a Friday and there was plenty of tables available.
The restaurant felt very upscale for being in Casper. You could imagine this restaurant in any big city in and beautiful bar.
We started with the cheese bread because my son said it sounded delicious. He was not wrong. The bread came out piping hot with gooey cheese and herbs. It was one of the best cheese bread I’ve ever had.
Next week tried the chicken parmigiana sandwich which had a nice bread with it too. We also had the Hells Kitchen pizza with a couple of spicy meats and the meat Stromboli.
It was all delicious and could rival food from Denver or Dallas. I was actually shocked with how delicious it was.
Definitely stop by Racca’s Pizzeria next time you are in Casper, Wyoming and you won’t regret it.
I was staying nearby and ordered delivery. I got an order of the Limoncello wings and a Lazio pizza. Wow i was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was, and the pizza crust was delicious! I ordered my pizza well-cooked so the bottom crust was crisp and the edges were crisp with a soft and chewy interior. Definitely worth another visit on my next trip here.

Everytime I get to Casper, this is the 3rd or 4th time now, Racca's is a must stop! I was so lucky to find it on my first trip. I order my pizza gluten free and I can't even tell that it is. Always great and friendly service.

We were traveling through Casper, spending the night and decided pizza was on our menu. Well, there were many good looking pie places but we decided the try Racca's! WOW! We struck gold!
From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty! Our server, Brian wanted to make us feel like we were regulars! When he found out we were travelling from Washington State and this was our 1st visit to Casper, beside GREAT PIZZA we were in line for a free desert as 1st timers!
After getting our libations, Brian took a few minutes to explain what makes Racca's truly extrodinary. The place is a CERTIFIED NAPOLETANA ESTABLISHMENT! This means the ovens were custom italian made and certified. That means Racca's is internationally registred by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, And it shows in the quality of their pies!
The crust on the pizza's is the BEST we have ever tasted, light, crusty and DELICIOUS! The manager, Rachel, took the time to stop by our table. She explained the dough making process that makes it TRUE Neapolitan pizza. We even found out at one time she lived in the SAME Neighborhood in Washington years a ago....but I digress ;-)
If you live in Casper you are LUCKY to be able to have this establishment in your town! If you are ever in Casper, DO NOT MISS the opportunity to eat at Racca's!!! Tell them Mike from Washington sent you. Cheers!
Best pizza you will ever eat. We had the Lazio & split it between the two of us. It's perfectly sized. If you're really hungry add a side salad or appetizer. The service was fantastic, and not from just our server. All the staff seemed to really care about the customers having a great time. Management needs to be commended for developing the front line personnel. The drinks are well mixed and nice sized at a reasonable price. Definitely come here.
Best pies in town! Probably even better than your local spot… Classy, yet homely great atmosphere!
