Larry's Giant Subs

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. Food was terrible. Restaurant was dirty with boxes laying on the floor where they are "cooking" the food. Raw vegetables in the philly when its advertised as sauteed. My kids meat on their sandwiches tasted old and dry. So my family and I literally took one bite of out sandwiches and asked if we could have a refund. The employees said they had to call the owner and took our sandwiches to "examine" them. The owner who was extremely rude to my husband only offered to give us a refund on one sandwich and said " I dont care if your kids didn't like the food." So we were out money and sandwiches. This is a poor excuse for a business. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And to the owner/wife you are a terrible business owner. I would recommend you learning customer service skills.

The bread is good. That's it. Lack of meat was reason for this review. I ordered a Cuban. Almost NO meat on it. Such a disappointment. Not worth the $9 for a 8" combo. My fiance's sub was the same way. For $18 I expect some meat to ACTUALLY be on our sandwich. Place is clean but empty. Now I know why. Our first time, probably our last....

I came here on March 15th and immediately regretted it. The entire store was empty (which should have been an indicator) and our sandwiches still took almost 30 minutes to make. The receipt said to not add items because my brother had allergies. The subs came out with these items. The store was empty and they still couldn’t get the order correct. The food was not worth the price. Run fast.

I absolutely love their chicken salad sub but the last 3 times I have been they are OUT of chicken salad. This has been both locations. Get your act together and order more than you do! Maybe if the establishments had more adults instead of being ran by teenagers who can't properly run the business or act professional in a customer service position!

The owners wife is the most disrespectful person I’ve seen in any place of business in the area. Not just to me but also to her employees even. She belted curse words in the back of the store to her employees and everyone currently at the store paused and listened in. The only reason I knew that was the owners wife was because one of their employees actually had a talk with me and her exact words were “we deal with this EVERYDAY”. She even mentioned that if she had something else lined up that she wouldn’t even put her two weeks in. It was a shame I didn’t have my phone in the store I would have recorded her conversation to the employees in the back. I would post some of what I heard but I can’t even fix myself to type some of the things that were said in there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Shut the whole operation DOWN!!
