It’s a burger bar!!! They fix your meat and you do the toppings! It’s attached to bojangles so don’t be confused there is no drive thru. The seating is set up nicely great for kids families and friends. I enjoyed the out door seating. It’s covered with about 4-5 tables and a trash can outside. There are gloves and hand sanitizer available for you as well. I had a cheese burger and was curious about the onion rings so the cook through one in my fry batch! Very nice customer service. It is located in a great area, lots of shopping and entertainment in close proximity.

Love this place! I ate here about 2 weeks ago and the service was great not one thing I could complain about. Eating here today, the food is always FRESH!! No hard fries or overcooked food. Eating here feels actually normal like before covid came around. The team members all work together really good and you can tell! I love going here because they are always on top of everything 💓 A++

Update July 1, 2022: The owners reached out to me regarding our experience and we had a very positive conversation. Apparently - like every other business these days - they have had post-pandemic challenges that have disaffected their business and therefore we are going to give the business another try. We really enjoy Cheeseburger Bobby's so in all fairness we have to give the benefit of the doubt and return for another try. Will bump my stars up to 4 for now due to the franchise owners response, and will update review on next visit. Previous review: What a shame to have to give such a low review to a good burger chain, but I have to be honest so other people will know. I've been to several Cheeseburger Bobby's around the metro area and it's unfortunate that the one that's closest to our house has to be a below-par one. We came in on Tuesday June 20, 2022 around noon. The place was relatively clean and the staff were friendly, but everyone seemed to move at a very slow pace. For noon on a Tuesday this is not a good sign. Took about 10 minutes to get our burgers and we were the only customers besides a couple who already had their food when we came in. Once we got the burgers and fries and sweet tea we went to the bar to add our ingredients. I love having onions, jalapeños and mustard on my burger so I was looking forward to chowing down. First bite I realized the burger was extremely dry, and instead of one patty it was two very small patties; it was as if they either let them sit on the side of the grill for too long or they had them under a heat lamp...but VERY dry. The fries also were overcooked and dry and had a burned flavor and were hard and not hot. The tea was good so that was a plus. Not sure what happened here but I will not be back; very unsatisfactory experience. If you are going to a Cheeseburger Bobby's for the first time, don't let this location dissuade you from trying another location. For instance, we've gone to the one in Hiram since they opened and they NEVER have an issue. They even have staff that comes out with fresh fries every 5 minutes or so to offer to the seated customers. I cannot recommend this location and it's a shame because we normally love the chain. Nice evening out. No waiting, employees were Very friendly & efficient. Our sandwiches were very tasty & well-prepared! The facility was very clean (employees were constantly cleaning...floors, tables), and they took away our used trays, etc., so we didn't have to clean up when ready to leave. Very good job by this particular Bobby's crew!

First time coming here, ordered takeout, 2 burgers and 2 chili cheese fries. I got the smokehouse burger and a bacon cheeseburger for my boyfriend. The burgers were good but not amazing. The fries were terrible, maybe just a bad batch but they were extremely hard, very bland, super hard to eat to the point we ended up not eating them at all. Otherwise the service was great and fast but comparable to the nearest Culver’s I could’ve had an entire edible meal with the same exact things for the same price.

This was the WORST BURGER AND WORST EXPERIENCE. Today was my first time coming to a Cheeseburger Bobby's. Boy, was I disappointed. I placed my order online for curbside pickup and entered my vehicle info, etc. I arrived early and waited. When my order didn't come out on time, I called to notify them I was there. They brought it. Out. I ordered the bucket list burger but when they handed me the bag, it felt empty. I had also added and paid for loads of extras. Anyhow, I glanced in the box and it was only meat and cheese. The bacon and egg that was supposed to be on this burger was missing. Also, the blue cheese and mushrooms I added was missing. As well as the pickles. I had to go inside to have it corrected. They carried my plate to the back and added to the existing burger. They brought it back and still no blue cheese. Also, the tiniest onion ring ever on the burger. When I pointed out that it still wasn't right, they handed me my blue cheese in an open container as you can see in the picture to carry by hand out of the restaurant, knowing it was for carryout. I got back to work with my food and you can't even cut through the patties. They're seriously HARD AS A ROCK. So freaking weird. For $13, I'm pretty disappointed in the food and service and I won't be back. No apologies were given either. Weirdest/strangest restaurant or fast food experience I've had by far. I won't be back.
