This is what I received for a prior order of burned chicken. Two back to back orders of burned chicken. And the portion size of popcorn shrimp is smaller than the kid's meal portion. The kitchen staff is struggling at this location.

Prices continue to go up while quality and quantity of food goes down. I don't eat seafood so when my husband wants it, I'm limited to chicken, which is fine. I like chicken. But I don't want pieces of chicken that are smaller that McDonald's nuggets for almost triple the price. They don't send out coupons anymore either

I got in line at 6:40 made it to the box around 7:25 to order just for them to make me stay there with about 7 cars behind me just to have someone come out and tell everyone they are closed. If you are closing early do what wendys does and put something out so we know. Not make us waste gas for no reason

Food was warm, fries weren't even done. Lady at window kept rubbing her nose. No gloves or mask, so why are you rubbing your nose..handling money & making drinks?

Excellent visit, as always. Started out a bit on the bad side as it took a moment to be greeted and our order taken. But it kept getting better. The food was hot and freshly cooked. The tea was just made. Two different employees at different times apologized for the wait. We visit this store quite frequently and the service and food is usually excellent. They were having a bad moment, but they really made up for it.

Quality of food has went down this year maybe due to the pandemic but I never count them out. Seafood is hard to pass up so I'll change my rating when things improve!
