If I could give this store ZERO stars for today's fiasco I would. I went thru the drive thru, ordered 2 crispy chicken tacos & a party burrito with no chili sauce. When I got to the window they said I had ordered some platter. I said no & repeated my order. They hurried to get it fixed & me away from the window. I get back to my office only to discover they gave me 2 BEEF crispy tacos. Normally, it wouldn't be a big deal, right? Well I'm allergic to BEEF. And, then they wouldn't answer their phone,, they just pick it up & hang up. Stay away from this location, they don't care about their customers at all!

If I had written this review a year ago, it would have received 1 star as it actually could have physically hurt me from the objects that were misplaced in the food, and the service was horrible. I reached out to Taco Bueno Corporate and they didn't respond back, even though I had requested them to and clicked the option. It doesn't seem that Taco Bueno cares about their customers, so good luck if you get bad service from one of their locations. That being said, the store seems to be ran by a different crew lately and has been much better. I haven't had sharp objects in my food in a while and they usually get my order correct.

Ordered big freakin beef taco salad to go and had to throw entire salad out. The salad shell was fried in rancid grease and made the salad fixings taste the same. Awful. The man at the window was very nice. Would have taken back item but it was at night and not worth getting out again. Won’t be back to that store. I drive past one that is closer to me / never again.

It's always amazing when you find a place bet within walking in the door and greeting the cashier you know you made a bad mistake.. not only was a cashier rude he found it funny that he couldn't be understood due to a heavy accent. Then to top it all off the foods kind of thrown together I ordered a chicken bowl and notice the photo and there's barely any chicken nor does it look like the photo and the advertisement. All in all should have stopped in know better go home eat healthy.

This location has waxed and waned over the years, but right now they're on point. Orders are always correct and the food is fresh. Good, cheap non authentic tex mex fasfood. One of my favorites.

Really gone downhill. Tacos were really empty & bland and they didn't even let me use my coupon because I didn't tell them at the speaker.

Too many times so here I am... Last straw.. Waiting 5 mins at drive thru menu then when i finally gave my order and the lady just sat silent.... I waited... Still silent.. Then she asks again for my order.. I should have just left... Well heres my first taco i pull out of my bag.. I dont think i asked for extra shell or easy ingredients...
