Burger King

Worst service ever. On 3/29/22 We ordered on the app to pick up at the counter. When we got there the doors were locked and we were told to go through the extremely long and slow drive thru which is what we wanted to avoid. We went ahead and went through drive thru which took 20 minutes. Then we were told to go around to the doors that we just left and someone would bring the order out. 15 minutes later after folks after us got their orders we banged on the door and requested our order only to be told that we had cancelled the order!! What??!!! What should have taken 5 minutes took over 30 and we still didn’t get dinner. My husband just came off of an 11 hour shift at his restaurant and just wanted to go home and relax and eat. Thanks for nothing Burger King. Your customer service stinks and we will tell everyone we know and will never come back.

This location has the new Whopper Melt on the menu, but when I ordered one, the gentleman told me that he didn't have "a button for it yet". I translated that to "we don't have it yet". I got the fish instead, which was fine, just not what I was expecting due to the sandwich being on the drive-thru menu.

Got a sandwich with bacon and cheese... got home and ate it... now im throwing up. Was the bacon old?. Im headed to the er. If this is food poisoning i will be reporting this location for an extended food and health inspection. I'm not expecting any compensation this needs to be fixed so it does not happen to anyone else... update. A friend Who has been working there for a few years sent me this and I will keep his / her name anonymous. It appears that the day dots on this bacon is for several days later but why is it sitting in room temperature? I will be reporting this 100% for sure

This restaurant was horrendous, I will begin by saying that no one handling food around the front counter wore gloves. Their was an older heavy set cashier who wore his face mask under his chin, he was sweating profusely and constantly wiped away the sweat with his un gloved hands and wiping them on his clothes. He split his time between the register and the fries. Never once washing his hands. And yes, his hands touched the fries with every scoop. The fries that fell on the adjacent counter, he picked up with his bare hands and tossed them back into the tray that held the piping hot fries. There was a young lady wearing a red hoodie who was probably an assistant manager who also proceeded to bare hand the fries after walking in and out of the restaurant without washing her hands. There was another gentleman who I guess was the manager who handle the cash, the register, the fries, he also scooped ice for customers (dipping the cup into the ice) because the ice machine was empty. All his activities done without gloves or a hand wash. Needless to say my entire order was wrong, which was the icing on the cake. I would not have been able to consume that meal anyway, not after what I witnessed today. My only regret is not photographing everything, because the scene was truly unbelievable. And as a man of color, it was even more disheartening because the entire front staff was African American. Burger King.....we have too better.
