Starbucks

They always get my drink wrong. They never empty the trash cans. They are rude and do NOT know how to talk to customers or relay proper information. Then to get a manager that acknowledges that your there is almost impossible this location has been horrible with every management since chase. I go here because it’s closest to me however I have been driving to the sunrise Madison location clean, nice, fast, friendly, and efficient. Nuff said.

I walked over to this store, so couldn't use drive through. Employee told me I had to wear a mask, I can't safely do so due to medical reasons & said so. He handed me a mask which I held. He took my order and when I went to pay, he told me I had to put the mask on my face. I told him I cannot safely do that. He asked me why not and I said I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a face covering.. Then he asked me what the medical condition is. This is a violation of ADA, and when I told him I don't want to give him the details of my medical condition he told me I would have to leave the store while my order was prepared. I told him I wanted to sit down at a table, and he told me I could not sit at the table in the restaurant. There were absolutely no other customers in the store. I left and walked down to another Starbucks, which was happy to serve me without any issues. You need to let your employees know that they cannot discriminate against people with disabilities. Accommodations need to be offered and they cannot treat disabled people differently. I know that people can sit at tables in restaurants without a mask, so this accommodation should not have been denied to me. You guys are going to end up with a lawsuit if you do not educate your employees.

This location is extremely difficult to get in and out of the parking lot and has very limited parking spaces. I went through the drive-thru and the amount of time it took was much longer than other locations I've been to. The frappucino's were to liquified compared to others I've ordered from various other Starbucks locations. Because of the amount of traffic in the area it's hard to hear and be heard at the ordering sign, being in such a compact corner location extremely close to 4 and 6 lane crossroads. Overall this location needs much improvement.
