Dunkin'

I waited in the drive through line for about 10 minutes to find out they were only accepting credit cards. I asked the gentleman at the window if there was an ATM inside he said “yes”. So I parked and pulled money out, approached the indoor counter and the woman standing by Register said they were only taking orders at the Drive Through. I got back into line only to wait another 28 more mins because I was trapped in a line of cars. Most unprofessional, time consuming insult of the day. When I finally got to the Drive Through Ordering Window I had to wait another 15mins. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN!!!

I came into this dunkin donuts on June 20th, 2022 around 7pm and spoke to the kindest employee there. He had blue eyes and an afro, looked very approachable. Very polite young man. He made my day and the best drink I’ve ever had from this dunkin donuts. This place should really find more workers like him

They are extremely rude here. One morning I had to use the bathroom rather urgently and they all of a sudden “have the one bathroom closed to the public” I said it was an emergency and the guy just walked right by me like “oh well”. This is a Dunkin’ Donuts I would go to almost daily. That’s inhumane and I won’t go back.

For several weeks have been unable to get my coffee without a lot of hassle. Lobby closures. Not able to order ahead on app. So many stores like this. Have been getting coffee at the deli. Much faster and coffee is hot and fresh. I hope this ends soon. Really bummed. Can't get my free coffee at the deli.

Absolutely worst service today. Got here at about 4:10pm and waiting in line for the drive thru over 30 minutes just to order and got told by the employee running the drive thru to wait a few minutes about 2 or 3 times. I shouldn't be waiting this long for just 2 drinks. I am very unsatisfied with my experience today. They have 1 person working. I was unhappy because of the wait but the employee himself was very kind and apologetic. I would honestly only go back because of him otherwise I will not be going back. There needs to be more than 1 person working. It makes things harder and it will make things take longer like it did today. No hate or anything towards the employee working today but, the managers need to do a better job and avoid this from occurring again.
