Totally forgot about this place until I bought a groupon from them! Now I'm back almost every week! To whomever runs this establishment, make sure you thank and congratulate your staff! They have been extremely helpful and friendly every time I have visited. Love the pepperoni zinger! Keep doing what you're doing!

Always quick and delicious. I've ordered here countless times and have always been pleased. Thin and crispy is the best, their sauce is probably one of my favorites, very robust.

On 5/20/23 I had the best experience at this location. There was a young lady by the name Tanae worked the register and she was so sweet and helpful. I walked to the location and had a long walk back home so it was refreshing to cool off in the lobby while waiting on my pizza (although it was a short wait time ;)) My pizza was SO delectable and that simple yet kind experience made my Saturday so much peaceful! I accidentally lost my receipt, otherwise I would have filled out a survey

My guy John Harvey ordered through DoorDash 86th & Ditch and two hours later at closing time.. the order got cancelled due to “DoorDash problems” I called and Devon at this location made it happen and Mark the manager made it even better and threw in a brownie. Both are appreciated for making a bad experience good. 10/10

Pizza was fantastic. I found out that they have been recently under staffed which is why so many people received bad food. Like we all haven't been there before. The food was great Cameron was a great help and listener. He will make anything he can right. He had a smile and was very pleasant. He made sure everything was right and exact with a smile. I hope people read this and know everything was clean hot and good to eat. I will come back again and I hope others will give this place a 2nd chance.

I have gone to this Donatos twice within the past month. Donatos is what I have been craving since I got pregnant and it hits the spot EVERY time. The first time I went I called ahead for a carry out. When I got there my order wasn't in the system. It was a simple human error that was made right immediately by the employees. They were fast and very friendly too! The second time I went to this Donatos I went in with my husband, because I was again craving it. My food was done amazingly fast and to order. This establishment is clean and well put together. Thanks for the friendly attitudes and great food! I love Donatos!

I love the environment and the people who work at the Rangeline location in Indiana!! I work at this location and the people I work with are all really nice and we get along great!! I also love the food!! The Hawaiian Pizza without Almonds is amazing!! I guess you could say that I eat here a lot :). So on behalf of myself and Donatos we would definitely recommend coming to this location!! Great staff and knowledgeable and kind/caring/polite associates. I've been coming to this location for over a year and only encountered a couple problems with my orders....the few times I did the staff always went above and beyond to make it right. Turnover is high so I never really know anyone's name, but Kendra (former manager/lead) was awesome and always had a smile on her face. Hopefully the new crew I see will continue to provide great service.

Delivery came at the right time and the kids loved the pizza. Only complaint was that the box was turned sideways at some point, so the pizza had slid and folded up halfway. Not a huge deal, but easily avoided.

We've been coming here for some time now. They cook the food well, sometimes however they do forget parts of our orders so I would suggest always checking your food before you leave or they leave if they are delivering. However food wise 5 stars!

Stop here everytime we go thru Indy. Best thin crust pizza. Love the smaller pepperoni that are cooked with crispy edges This visit tried the Salted Carmel Apple dessert. It was outstanding
