Sometimes it’s tough to find quality customer service in the fast food industry, which is why I was compelled to leave a review here. There’s a young man named Gavin that is very friendly and clear when communicating with his customers, very patient. Felt it deserved a shout out!

Bathroom was clean and assessable. Roast Beef sandwiches were ready quickly and delicious. Inside wasn't very busy. Made a quick visit before getting back on the highway.

I had the most wonderful experience up at arbys the other day there’s a gentlemen that runs the front he is wonderful he’s customer service is the greatest the employee is Gavin he’s a hard worker I see him working he’s but off while he’s working he takes care of customers he even checks on them and the bathrooms are spotless clean I been coming to this location for years I never seen someone like him he’s always doing something and works very hard respect

Updating an old review. Still like the food but prices still rising, gone crazy actually. $19 for two sandwiches! Needless to say they lost my business. I suspect if this continues a lot of restaurants will be closing due to lack of customers.

I have always gotten excellent food from this Arby’s. But today was extra good thanks to Christopher! He was working at the drive through and was so friendly and efficient. He even got our dog a pup cup. He is awesome and they are lucky to have him.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Kent. On 4/12/23 he was taking all the dine in orders. He is very personable and a breath of fresh air when it comes to fast food restaurants. My shake was the wrong size, but I'm not even mad because of his friendly service!

Our kids love this location and the team! The restaurant is always clean. Joshua is the reason our kids want to keep coming back- he is upbeat and loving what he does. It really does make a difference when everyone has a positive attitude.
