Giving a 4 simply because I love fazolis and grew up at this fazolis, however I’ve had a few rough situations with service recently.
Not sure if she’s a manager or now but tends to work the evening. You can tell closing and getting out at 10:00 is her priority.
Entered the lobby at 8:35 (10:00 lobby closes) ordered my meal for dine in and under her breath she said “of course it is.” Carried on with my business was polite.
Door dash or pick up order came in and she said “need to stop being distracted or else we will never get this done.”
I worked in the food industry. Trust me I get late night shifts are no fun. Customers come in at close to closing time and you just roll your eyes because it’s so late.
But 8:35 when you close at 10:00 just isn’t justified for that.
Again tale of two stories as there was another employee who was mopping and scrubbing extremely hard (doing grunt work) and looked and me and smiled welcoming me here.
Not the first time I’ve had an interaction with this employee that was distasteful, but may create a different judgment to avoid this particular fazolis on nights if I feel I’m an inconvenience an hour and a half before closing.
Still a great location, but might need to have a conversation with one employee about customer service at night.

Great customer service, they're always friendly and smiling 🙂 I generally order pickup and it's always ready when I get there. The food is good for the price. I like the rewards program, I get decent coupons and can usually get a free drink or dessert.

For all the negative reviews, remember this is fast casual.
Breadsticks are amazing, my kids eat their meals, and both recent visits have had great customer service.
Oh! And the bathrooms are even clean!!

Register guy was AWESOME! We were thrilled with the generous breadstick allotments as well. Only complaint is the Fettecini Alfredo was so watery, that just trying to eat it splattered the sauce all over me and the table. The sauce needs to be A LOT thicker!!!

I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo topped with mozzarella cheese and a sweet tea. It wasn't bad. Next time I'll ask for extra alfredo sauce. Once I stirred it, it was a little dry for my taste.

We decided to eat here from out of town. Definitely better then what we have in town(Ft. Wayne)! The lounge was twice as big and the food was hot! I would recommend that they make their sign bigger so it's easier to see while driving.

The restaurant provides excellent service and the food was too notch. Team members Todd & Jeremy were awesome!
