Came here in the midst of our road-trip on my wife's 25th Birthday. The store is in a great location & being in Carmel, it is a beautiful location. Decent Customer Service. The staff helped us with a first timer discount. The pizza was fresh & really delicious & enjoyable. The store was clean as well. This store really made a lasting impression on my mind for just how fresh the pizza looked. Pretty close to the highway. Definitely recommend for a decent, affordable, quick bite of pizza.

Stopped by from out of town, and honestly wasn’t expecting much. Boy was I wrong. Got a large pepperoni pizza with bacon for the family. Fantastic! Honestly, some of the best pizza I’ve had in years, and it didn’t break the budget. The good pepperoni, and bacon. Not the cheap stuff. Yes, they seem short handed, but had a very nice front cashier lady help us today.

Visited the one in the Barnyard in Carmel Valley. Right behind the Bagel Bakery. Open to eat in or take out. Mask required for entry. Great pizza, a bit spendy but worth it. Nice big, clean room with lots of tables. No beer on tap yet but coming back soon.

What can I say....
First off, when my family & I walked into the restaurant, we were greeted & felt welcomed by an elderly man, which I guess is the owner. He seems like the kind but no nonsense kind of person, eager to serve, but doesn't waste a moment.
My wife & I ordered meatball sandwiches with double cheese, and ordered a mini cheese pizza for my little one. The food was great! Even my picky little toddler ate majority of it, and she is usually not a big eater.
When we decided to order another mini cheese pizza to go, he was very adamant about how to carry out the pizza, since it was still hot & didnt want moisture building up and possibly ruining the pizza, which is cool I guess.
Overall, I'd say give this place a try, even if you've may have gotten a bad experience or not (according to some previous reviews). That's all I can say...for now.
