This Dunkin' is very inconsistent with its coffee. Sometimes ok and other times burt and bitter. Never a perfect cup. As a fast food service there should be no excuse for it. There is a formula that is tried and true that it seems the workers are not trained to follow.

The staff here went the extra mile to correct an order. I saw very good interaction with other customers and locals coming in and out of the store

Experience was friendly and quick at the drive thru, but the place occasionally runs out of items like whole milk for your coffee and the frozen coffee machine breaks down, or they run out of coffee holders. It occurs enough for me to remember, but lol, not most of the time.

They no longer serve ham and cheese croissants. It's sad that a tried and true item gets taken off for new items that do t stand up

Pretty good in the AM, never any issues. The evening crew doesnt really know how to make coffee, which is unfortunate seeing the corporate HQ is literally down the street.
EDIT: Went this morning, got a cold brew. Absolutely disgusting. Took 3 sips and threw it away. This is all I could drink before getting sick. Made me nauseous.

Each experience I’ve had at this location has been a very pleasant one. The staff are super friendly. They even remembered me after my second visit. It’s always nice to know your appreciated as a customer. They even customized a special order coolata for me: strawberry/pineapple fusion. They’re awesome!
