Got a burger, fries, soda and a shake. Burger was large and tasted good, definitely loved the shake, but the fries left a lot to be desired-they were somehow under salted, over salted and overall just completely bland. 5guys is starting to get pretty expensive though.

Ordered online 20min ago and nothing is ready. Only 3 customers inside and all waiting. Employees barely move I have seen people move that slow.

The foodis good as usual but their in store payment system is horrible. After you swipe your card you need to confirm credit/debit then the amount then sign on the device and then hit OK. Really? 99% of the customers have to do that in the middle of a pandemia and with technology available to avoid all those unnecessary steps.

I got a little complicated with my order and the cashier didn't even flinch...he was all about making my food the way I wanted to enjoy it! Much appreciated!

Burger was great but fries dumped into bag loose on top of burger. They really should wrap them separately. We're only ones in the place at the time and it still took 20 minutes for burger to be ready. Not good for quick in and out stop.
