Mai Place

They gave my $95 pick up order to the wrong customer. They realized they gave my order to someone else. They called that person and asked them to bring the food back. I waited in the restaurant under the impression my food wasn’t ready yet because they did not tell me they had given my order away. The man came back with my order, gave it to the lady at the front counter, and then she handed me the bag. Completely disgusting, especially with Covid guidelines. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and didn’t see a problem with given me returned food. Don’t waste your time with this dishonest establishment.

Fresh and good taste. I had fried calamari which a little chewy and got choke with the skin membrane 😅😂 just only me but my husband was ok with it. I also ordered Spider roll, Salmon Sashimi and Salmon avocado, and cooked salmon roll. Both food and service are good. But charged $1 for a little cup of spicy mayo!! Suggestion for owner, if the customers ask for the first extra sauce should have it for compliment, then charge for next one if they ask more and more!!! 😊

I ordered takeout and most of my food was good except for one which was the sweet & sour chicken, and it was the sauce that was all wrong for it to be sweet & sour. The sauce was not good at all it had onions, pineapples, peppers and the sauce was dark. This was first time getting food from Mai Place but I heard they were good so I took the chance. I also ordered the moo shu - veg, crab rangoon and scallion pancakes. The total for the 4 was $35.79, not extremely high but not that much food for the price especially when one of the meals don't taste good. But the other meal and 2 appetizers were great.
