Arby's

Arby's ,a name to reckon with ,in the culinary segment... yesterday's visit to Arby's, drive-thru was enjoyable......for the responses at the order placing ,as well as delivery window was courteous. Totally the order and delivery were fast... without any delay...The food was tasty... And economical in pricing... Altogether all of us including two children enjoyed the visit and eating. " The proof of the Pudding is in the eating" ! Dear all visit and experience.

I went for a drice thru, ordered 3 snack packs, and some fries. She asked if i want to dobate a $, said no thank u, someother time. Went to window to pick up the order, the lady doesnt event bend a little to hand over the stuff to me, i was unable to reach it even after unbucklung myself, then she chuckles at me, i opened my car door, got down to reach the order, is it becoz im brown ? Or i havent donated? Atleast she could have strectched her arm a little bit more or bent a little. The way she looked at me was horrible. Has a bitter experience at michigan ave arbys.

Ordered at the drive thru, associate repeated each item and then sighed heavily after each one. Then as I ordered, I had coupons, this elected more sighs. Got to window and total was $4-5 more than expected ,after notifying the cashier, found that she didn't use the coupon. Requested it be corrected, was told it couldn't be corrected, so she said the only thing she could do was give me back my coupon. Also the order was missing a mozzarella order, au gres and horsey sauce. I expected better from Arby's, will not visit this location again. 1 star is stretching it
