If I could give no stars I would. I am the easiest person to just shrug things off. But this is ridiculous in less than a month both of trips to Wendy's has been chaotic and not worth the money I spent. Tonight I go because I was craving their baconator french fries only to get cold fries with cheese that looks as if it has sat all day no bacon as you will see in picture. I understand that across the border we are short on help but if we cannot get decent food for what we pay for it lower the price do something this is ridiculous I will not be back to Wendy's!

Thank you to the wonderful cashier who took my order. She took the time to let me know how I could get a better deal for my meal. 😊. It’s hopeful that with all the stress and anxiety of the times we are in now with the staff shortage and inflation someone genuinely took the time for great customer service. This Wendy's is one of the few still around in the area that still has the old style dinning area and counter. When I walked in it was like time traveling 2 decades back. And food was good as well

Dining area and restrooms clean, staff friendly and fast. Who ever makes the sandwiches did not care about the quality or presentation during my visit. Saturday April 30th at 12:30

The only one that I appreciate was the girl taking my son's order. Well spoken friendly great customer service but it took the other 12 employees 13 min to make the order. If it was not for the cashier and the cook my some said it was worth $11 for the combo. I don't eat fast food .

Wendy's are generally terrible at remembering everything that is supposed to be with your meal but this Wendy's is particularly bad. EVERYTIME I go here they forget something. It might be your salad dressing, it might be sour cream for me sour cream and chive potato or it could be an entire piece of your meal forgotten.
I don't know what to do, I HAVE to sit there in the drive thru and go through every bag every time or someone is disappointed at home. Tonight my wife was missing 2 things from her meal because I felt rushed and I took a chance that it would be right.
Wendy's is the best food of the major chains but this situation is endemic of all of them.

Tried new fish sandwiches.
Either cut down the cooking time or lower the heat. Thefish should not be so hard you can't chew it.
There is a difference between crispy and burned.
