If you want to waste an hour in the line just to get ice cream. The coldstone in Ann Arbor is way busier and they move the line faster. The workers here seemed very slow

Arrived at store at 9:08pm. Google said it was open til 9:30pm. There was a line to the door and the sign was lit up OPEN. Walked in the unlocked door and was rudely told they were closed. I said may want to turn off Open sign and she gave me attitude for mentioning it.

The guy behind the counter was giving me attitude because I wanted to order a cake (that’s your job)! I then call the next day at 3:30 pm which was when my cake is supposed to be ready and asked if it was done. The response I got was “Well if I said it would be ready at 3:30 then it’s ready!” VERY RUDE! I was not going to have my mom drive all the way there for it to not be done. When my mom went to pick up the cake, she was not acknowledged until she finally said something.

Poor service, long lines, the wait is ridiculous. Never staffed. Never come here during prime hours, no one is working and lines is out to door with no sense of urgency from staff to expedite. No team effort. Worker spent 15 min messing with a napkin dispensers, letting one gal do all the work!

The manager a white man thinks it’s OK to use the N-word. He also thinks it’s OK to harass people and poke his chest out Bragging that he did 13 years in prison and now he’s on parole. All in all the cold stone in this community isn’t a cold stone for the community they have zero respect for their customers and don’t know how to handle or approach situations That seem to be escalating. Also met the owner who with no background knowledge try defending his manager until he realize what really happened. So if you want your ice cream scoop from some racist N word speaking white boy Than this is the shop for you. Unfortunately this cold stone is the Joe Biden of all cold stones

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Service was terrible and they have the worst management in the world. Would rather go anywhere else or lick my boot than to ever lick one of their ice creams again.
